CJP Agent Keyboard Shortcuts
The following are keyboard shortcuts available in the agent applet for CJP.
ALT + A go into the available state
ALT + D go into the idle state
ALT + W switch from the wrap-up state to the available state
ALT + F1 open a help window
CTRL + C copy selected text to the clipboard
CTRL + V paste text that you previously copied to the clipboard
To initiate a shortcut, press and hold both keys. For example, to go into the "Available" state, press and hold the ALT key and then press the A key.
