Random VCaaS Macintosh Fixes

Problem: After restarting my computer again, the app is still NOT on the dock. I have to re-load it again.

Solution: When the app is active, hold down "Control" and mouse click the app's icon in the dock.  Select Options and "Keep in Dock."
