Step 3: Kick-Off Call

  • An Implementation Engineer will answer any questions about the FDConnect portal and Direct Routing setup.

  • Key topics:

    • Direct Routing setup.

    • Porting discussion.

    • Scheduling a "Go Live" date and meeting.
*Go Live meetings can be scheduled between the hours of 8AM and 5PM MST.

We schedule this step after receiving the Kick Off Email from the customer, usually 3 to 5 business days later.

Step 5: Go Live

  • You choose and execute the Go Live date.

  • Unless the port exceeds 1500 numbers or our Translations Team assists.

  • Refer to the Porting Q&A for guidance and clarification.
