Step 1: Order Submitted

 

  • Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is signed, and your order has been submitted.

  • A signed Letter of Agreement (LOA) is required.

1 to 2 Business Days after the documents are signed and submitted.

Step 2: Kick-Off Emails

  • The first email from Julie Sackett includes FDConnect Credentials.

  • The second email introduces you to the Translations Team Member assigned to your order.

 

3 to 5 business days after order entry.

Step 3: Follow Up Emails

  • The assigned Translations Team Member is available to answer any questions you may have

  • Key topics:

    • Porting discussion - ask any questions you may have regarding FDConnect and porting.

    • Scheduling a "Go Live" date.

  • This email chain allows all parties to ask questions.

Typically 1 to 2 business days after Step 2,

Step 5: Go Live

  • You choose and execute the Go Live date.
